Fourth Arrest Made for Meth Lab.
Before West Virginia State Police arrived at 157 Delaware Ave. Saturday with warrants to search for ingredients to make a meth lab, the home owner had left the scene, according to West Virginia State Police Sgt. W.S. Vessels. But on Monday afternoon, the man's bail bondsman delivered him to Randolph County Magistrate Court.
Travis Woods is charged with operating or attempting to operate a meth lab and conspiracy. He is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on a $100,000 cash only bond, Vessles said.
According to police, Woods is allegedly involved with Carisa M. Confere, Adona Holsey and Frank D. Spears' plan to create and meth lab.
On Saturday, police found and removed enough components to create meth with an approximate street value of $8,000 to $9,000, according to West Virginia State Police Trooper J.E. Kopec.
