I would like to buy a couple bushels of potatoes and apples. If anyone knows of anyone selling them in the Elkins area please let me know.
Apples are hard to come by this year so far. I do have a few and would love any new recipes for canned apple pie filling. Has anyone ever tried to can apples without sugar?
I use cinnamon oil when I make apple butter and boy it makes a good hot flavored recipe. I have been looking for a recipe that makes apple butter in the oven if anyone has that.
