Anyone want a new salsa recipe?

Would you have any salsa recipes that have flake coconut in it? it also had green peppers, onions, pineapple, and some other stuff.

No, Tinker, I don't have a recipe like that. I never thought about putting pineapple or coconut, any fruit actually, in salsa. I have had it with black beans and corn.
Thinking about it... I don't see why you couldn't put anything you wanted into the cut up tomatoes.
